Are Wicked Bio products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Every order, with or without an account, asks you to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are buying for laboratory research use only; that confirmation is recorded with the order. An optional researcher account records your legal name, entity type, and electronic signature of our Terms.
Are your compounds third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested to verify identity and purity before it ships. Certificates of Analysis are listed on our CoA page as they are published, and are available on request.
How fast do orders ship?
Order by 12 PM PST on a business day and your order ships the same day via USPS Priority. We ship nationwide from Riverside County, California.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. See our Shipping and Refund Policy for details, including what to do if a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
How should compounds be stored?
Storage conditions are listed in the specifications on each product page. Follow your laboratory's standard procedures for handling research materials.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout choose Pay with Card or Pay with Venmo / Zelle. Venmo / Zelle orders show the payment details right after you place the order; card orders are completed through a secure payment link or checkout form. Your order is reserved until payment is received.
